An attempt to match an icon of fertility with its transcription to a natural process. To take a series of images, I dipped the replica few minutes in warm water and placed it in front of the camera. The seeds contained therein absorbed moisture, increased in size to collapse and bursting the figure from inside.
Una tentativa de hacer coincidir un icono de fecundidad con su transcripción a un proceso natural. Para tomar la serie de imágenes, sumergí la replica en agua tibia pocos minutos y la situé frente a la cámara. Las semillas que contenía en su interior, al absorber la humedad aumentaron su tamaño hasta colapsar el interior y reventar la pieza.
